Customer experience and customer success were pivotal to the conference. This is an area in which we are extremely keen to invest further time and energy. Attending SaaStock has helped us focus on the areas that will benefit our customers most. After all, without customers we’re not a business.

We’ve also picked up some great tips on how to optimize our backend processes, brainstormed some great new features for readable.io and fell in love with Dublin.

Needless to say, there’s a lot of information for us to digest from this week. Along with a lot of planning. But, we’re excited about what the next few months will bring, for our readability tools and our subscribers.
